To initiate a return, please email us at support@molnara.store with your order details and reason for return.
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you may return it following our return procedure.

10. Delivered Orders
If tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, Molnara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
