All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£).
I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We process orders within 1–3 business days (this may take up to 5 days during high demand).
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Tracking information is usually available a few days after your order has been shipped.

I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving it.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
